Lapis by Appiani, is an Italian glazed porcelain mosaic with a structured surface, available in a palette of 9 earthy colours. Available in two modular sizes, 12 x 12mm and 25 x 25mm, with 9 base colours and three blends in each size. Lapis is a natural looking product, with the high performance of porcelain which is durable and easy to maintain. Lapis has a P5 slip rating, making it suitable for commercial and residential projects. Custom designs and patterns are also possible. Lapis can also be combined with many other modular Appiani Collections of the same size.

Lapis features Appiani Bio Shield +, an innovative, high-performance antibacterial technology created with Metco Italia to eliminate up to 99.9% of bacteria for permanently protected surfaces.

Sustainability – Lapis is manufactured using greater than 30% recycled material and contributes to obtaining credits for LEED BD&C v 4 (LEED Building Design & Construction). Lapis also is covered by EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) as per ISO 14025 and EN 15804+A2. These documents are available upon request.
